In the heart of the colonial town Cartagena (Colombia), a house has the audacity to combine minimalism, purity of lines and touch of colours.

An exceedingly contemporary structure is concealed behind a colonial façade, separated by a pool and a deliberately refined interior decoration. Contrary to the colonial dark buildings, the architects and the owner, a Colombian interior decorator, have chosen to create two distinct atmospheres that open up to the elements.
